We're in the process of deploying the 3.19.0f update which introduces reductions to defensive Archnemesis modifiers, and also includes a few improvements to the Kalandra League. Check out the full patch notes in today's post.

The game servers are back up. Sorry for the delay! There is a visual bug with the display of challenges in-game and we will be deploying a client hotfix within the next hour that will resolve this.
