(2019) Blade Of Saeldor is only 80m atm, while Ghrazi Rapier is 170m and they are almost the same. Will Saeldor rise or Rapier drop?

I am curious of he state of these two weapons atm. Please discuss

I've briefly spoken with the others about this subject, and I'd honestly expect to see a poll question soon about increasing the number of charges per shard on the blade. I'm unsure yet about whether or not we'd change the max charges that is is able to store, that would still require further discussion, just know that we're monitoring everything that was released with Prifddinas and if we feel a change needs to be made based on feedback, we'll poll it.

It only needs 100 shards to charge. I think the weapon is fine as is. You shouldnt make it compete with a rapier. Blade reqs no items and gauntlet, rapier is a reward for the hardest pvm content, tob.

If you’re going to buff the blade, buff rapier too then.

Other suggestion: make the blade speed 5 (long sword) with a higher str bonus at the cost of some speed. That way it’ll fill it’s niche use in a different way that isn’t an exact rapier clone. It’ll be slower but hit higher and be somewhat similar dps if you plug the numbers in right.

The main change I was personally thinking was to make it 50 charges per shard, but I understand your feedback. We won't be making any changes to the Ghrazi rapier alongside any changes though.

It doesn't hurt to poll stuff...

Just poll Gauntlet loot buff, if the community wants it, it gets 75%. Just poll Blade of Saeldor buff, if the community wants it, it gets 75%.

There is no downside to poll these things, just fucking do it. I don't understand what is taking you guys so long.

The content has just been released, and we are continuing to monitor things. We will poll things as and when we see fit, I don't understand what you mean by "taking us so long" when the content hasn't even been out for two weeks yet?
