lol, this is honestly hilarious. I paid for 5 bonds, I logged in and only 4 were delivered to my pouch.
Their email confirmation has no way to contact them, their support page for "contact us" specific to bonds ALSO has no way to contact them - lol what? https://support.runescape.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360000937037

e: update, I requested a refund for the bonds, the 5th bond showed up in my bond pouch an hour later after logging out and logging back in (12+ hours after original 4 bonds were delivered), haven't heard anything back from support so maybe it resolved itself on its own. no idea.
e2: after requesting the refund, a mod reached out to me over email and explained that if my inventory was full that I might not receive the bond. that wasn't the case for me though, I had nothing in my inventory and I didn't own any bonds. they said that's unusual and would have been a bug but either way I have the 5th bond now.
they also said they'd pass along my feedback that the customer support articles were not helpful.
