(2021) Jagex scammed me out of a bond and I have no way to contact them

lol, this is honestly hilarious. I paid for 5 bonds, I logged in and only 4 were delivered to my pouch.

Their email confirmation has no way to contact them, their support page for "contact us" specific to bonds ALSO has no way to contact them - lol what? https://support.runescape.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360000937037

oh double check it's the right account (yes it's the right damn account, I only own one account, 4 bonds showed up but I paid for 5)

check if your payment was unsuccessful (yes, I can see it was successful, it's been withdrawn from my bank account)

no "still stuck" button now?? no contact email/form

wtf is this company.

e: update, I requested a refund for the bonds, the 5th bond showed up in my bond pouch an hour later after logging out and logging back in (12+ hours after original 4 bonds were delivered), haven't heard anything back from support so maybe it resolved itself on its own. no idea.

e2: after requesting the refund, a mod reached out to me over email and explained that if my inventory was full that I might not receive the bond. that wasn't the case for me though, I had nothing in my inventory and I didn't own any bonds. they said that's unusual and would have been a bug but either way I have the 5th bond now.

they also said they'd pass along my feedback that the customer support articles were not helpful.

Thanks for the feedback - that was unintentional. The Support Centre has been updated to include some additional troubleshooting advice and now directs the player to the Manage purchases form if they're still stuck. Appreciate you flagging this. I hope it's sorted now.

Yep, Mod Krax got me sorted out over email and I have the 5th bond now.
