I was doing trouble brewing on my uim, so i have to deathpile inbetween each game. I got logged out in a trouble brewing game, and when i went to pick up my items they were all turned into orbs.
Jagex, can i please get the items back..
Team are looking into this instance and one other, we've not received any other information to indicate that it's widespread, trying to figure it out and hopefully provide some answers as soon as they know more.
My UIM "Plastikos" has experienced a similar issue. I have also reported the bug in game.
I had a death pile on the ground last night (pre-update) that was converted into 36 Rada's blessing 4 when I logged in today (post-update).
I wasn't sure the best way to reach out but I figured this would be a good place as another person seems to have experienced something similar.
Attached is a picture showing the 36 Rada's blessing 4 and the most recent picture of items I believe to have been in the deathpile before the update.
