You could probably get some really good long-term plans for the lore of the game if you hired brilliant story tellers like him. It worked wonders for Elden Ring.
If you think quests take too long to release now, wait until GRRM jumps on the narrative. We'll see Winds of Winter before the Dwarf quest finishes, and we're never seeing Winds of Winter :(
