So I’m completing the Ardougne medium diaries and need to cast teleport to Ardougne spell from the normal spell book. I have completed plague city but lost the magic scroll. I have come back to claim it from Edmond but all I get is the “Song of Elves” quest start which I do not meet the requirements for. Is there any way to get the magic scroll for the spell or is this just a flaw in the game.... if so literally unplayable 1/10 my hundreds of hours of this game wasted plox refund jagex.
I've passed this to the QA team to check. In the meantime can you make sure there isn't any other dialogue with Edmond you might be missing such as "something else" rather than discussing the quest you don't meet the requirements for?
