Ive recently been banned after being hacked and someone using my account for macros. I don't know what to do and can't file a support ticket because it doesn't fall under the categories provided, and I'm totally lost. please help

update: I think it was a key-logger because I just recently had to change my credit card because of unauthorized sketchy purchases for games I didn't buy
