can't. they're supposed to be just dev/mod exclusive, but in the meantime any admin can use them. enjoy the 1411 while you can ;)

Yeah that's lame to take away from server admins tbh. Very useful to dispatch annoying RDMers in 1v1 servers before they kick
it's something we made for the mods and ourselves, honestly more for the mods to thank them for their volunteer work.
i was on a duel server recently where the admins had crossbows that shot trains at people, i think they'll be ok
