Would The Coaltion be NATO and The allegiance be Russia/China ?

Sort of. We use the two super factions as spirit guides for East and West but you might find an American freelancer in the Chimera squad;) If you do a little homework you will find that Americans, Brits, Germans are fighting along side Liberation Forces, not private security, in different parts of the world.
