Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Dev Tracker

As the title says, I had paused doing the campaign to play some multiplayer, and now I am trying to resume the mission (Going Dark), and it will load up the mission, until the progress bar hits the very end and then crashes. Anyone else experiencing this?
So far this is a great game, but their are so many bugs that it’s honestly driving me insane, lol.
Can those of you that are seeing this please send your PC specs? You can post here of DM me, thanks.
Exact same mission, loaded both on normal settings and safe mode.
Running GTX 1080, 16GB RAM, i7 7700K, 1920x1080
I can no longer even load the Going Dark mission fresh.

I managed to fix it by playing the first level and then playing the Going Dark mission afterwards.
