So, I realize this has been discussed already, but I have a friend who claims Wizards did indeed combine his accounts. My friend and I started playing Arena a few years ago and to maximize his resources, he made 3 accounts which he played daily to about 4 wins each.
Well, he claims he sent Wizards a ticket to have his gold/gems/cards/wildcards combined into one and they obliged. See the screenshot attached.
Now, I get it's April Fool's, but is this even possible!? I mean, the math on the gold checks out. I will ask what kind of ticket he sent later but thought I'd try here first.
