The rulings for Bag of Holding state that if you have multiple copies on the board you can choose which one you put it under. Magic arena does not do this. Arena puts it under the most recently cast copy and it cost me the game. Easiest bug in the world to replicate.
Do you have automatic trigger sorting enabled? It is on by default. You can disable it in gameplay options. That should allow you to sort which trigger you want to resolve first. #wotc_staff
