If so, could you explain what would be the place for those questions? Strategy doesn't seem like the place for it and neither do Announcements, Patch Notes or Player Support.
You are definitely more than welcome to ask about in-game interactions, game rules, etc in General Discussion. His question was about something outside of the game.
