You may have encountered a printing error, sorry about that! Prerelease codes are indeed one per account.

If it was a printing error then it is a big one, because both of my prerelease codes say the same thing, as does a friends. In the bottom right it literally says "limit five codes per account". I get that it may be one code per account but that is not at all what these cards say and I find that pretty misleading.
Correct. Unfortunately it was a printing mix up. The prerelease codes are one per account, not five.
