The emails will be rolling out throughout the week, so if you haven't gotten yours yet, you should be soon-ish.
The emails are going out in waves. If you haven't gotten yours, you will be getting it soon.
If you redeemed the code, you got the sleeve AND the avatar. Scroll ALL the way down on the Avatar page (via your profile page) to select it.
Make sure to check your spam folder, and any other email inbox you may have signed up with! Otherwise contact support, link is at the top of the page. They'll look into it.
