We are aware of the latency issues with the server performance and are looking into situation now with the Dev team.
This thread was added on December 16, 2019, with posts from Juji.
The dev team is working on a fix now to help optimize the servers to reduce the latency. It is not related to the Christmas Trees for those who are asking about removing them. We will have an update on this issue after the maintenance tomorrow.

is there any chance u guys can upgrade your server hardware so we dont have to see this lag issue comming up all the time in the future`?
We upgraded the servers a few months back, but it did not resolve the issue. Another upgrade is being discussed now, while we are trying to optimize the hunting zones.
