Whoa that is bizarre. What platform/browser is this on? It sounds like we might have to file a bug about our bug filing system! 😅
PC, Chrome. I am for bugs like a lamp for the moth!
Got in touch with Player Support. They think it could be a weird Javascript issue that is usually resolved if you clear Cache/Cookies. I'm so glad I work on the game client and not web development!
If you have time to give that a shot and try your upload again, let me know how it works! If it still isn't working, please share with me your logs.zip— I'll pass along to Player Support who would like to try and figure out why it isn't being accepted (and I can sneak a peek at the logs to see you original bug as bonus, lol).
