So I feel like it's fairly obvious why snowball is not an option in summoner's rift, but it's always fun to speculate. As a bonus question: Which champion's would be significantly weaker in a universe where snowball is available?
This was actually something we tested internally before it was shipped for ARAM. My buddy and I did Renekton and Darius and it was gross.
