Like title says, El Macho Mundo had several different sounds on his Q, based on what's in his hand.
iirc his effects were recently updated, and now his Q sound is always the same.
Hey there! I did the updates for Dr Mundo SFX but didn't knowingly touch anything of his Q on-hits, so will take a look. This is definitely a bug - sorry about that!
