They decided to not go through with the W nerf to Ashe on ARAM?
I suppose the technology for her isn't quite there yet.
There were some issues with the implementation into the patch so we had to pull it last minute
I know that there's a rioter that works directly in this kind of things but I can't remember the name, maybe u/Cashmiir can help? sorry if you don't actually know, you're just the only one that I remember right now
