Will you ever give your opinion on the meme that says Udyr's VGU is in his Ultimate skin? Do you feel that's true and you guys CAN work on it in the future?
We still want to give Udyr a VGU one day, despite having that skin. His kit isn't really that bad right now at the moment though

It will include 5 Champions, as well as what the goals of the VGU would be

Yes, it will be similar to the choose a skinline things, we will say who won and also do updates on the project as its in development, though the updates will likely be much further apart then the skin ones, since Champions take a lot longer

So you have 5 champions that you think should get a vgu but you're not willing to actually rework them all? Seems pretty questionable
We will likely rework them all at some point, the poll will just guarantee they get reworked in 2020, some of the Champions on the list not chosen will likely be reworked in 2020 as well
So in the road map you are saying, that the next champ is gonna be an AD assassin.. But what about the promised enchanter?
I said the next Champ is the support in the 2nd sentence, then I said the Champion after Morde is a AD Assassin
