According to the "Mastercard Summer Split Card on File Sweepstakes" there should be a double RP sale "the first week of the sweepstakes" which began 6/25 but I cannot find any mention of it in the client or anywhere else other than the announcement linked below. Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks!

Hey /u/TSM_Vegeta ! I wish I saw this earlier when it was trending more. The “double bonus RP” promo was pushed back by a week, should be running the first week of July, starting afternoon-ish PST (at least, that’s what’s on my calendar. I’m the one that’s gotta flip all those switches to start it lol). The sweepstakes’ dates are still correct! But I do want to apologize that the article went live with outdated information.

I will check with the support team on Monday. On one hand, what you see in the client is what you get. But on the other hand, a reasonable person might think something additional happens after paying for it based on the original promotion dates. I would recommend writing a ticket and including the article mentioning the promotion dates.

Nope, sorry. VALORANT has VALORANT points (VP), not RP.
So to clarify, is the RP bought doubled, or just the bonus RP portion (would $20 be 3000RP or 5400RP)
Just the bonus part. (Fun fact: in Korea, due to some of their laws and regulations, we don’t give “bonus” virtual currency. Instead, they’ll get ~10% increase on the base amount. The more you know!)

Alright, my bad. Last couple days have been hectic. Support will help you if you write in a ticket and say you bought RP expecting double bonus RP due to the incorrect dates in the article. It’s our mistake not updating the article, sorry about that!
