We have seen posts from Rioters that flex queue changes to remove the tier restrictions are being lifted to better allow teams to prep for Clash. We saw that they were targeted for 10.15 but I can't find them in patch notes. I am literally sitting at 2-2 in my between tier promos trying to figure out if I need to dodge a game so I can still queue with my friends tomorrow. The early release patch notes don't have anything to indicate flex queue changes, but I was hoping maybe someone else read something more definitive?
