How do i notify Riot about a router that seems to be struggling in their network? (EU-West)

I have been struggling with major ping spikes for the past 2 weeks, today i decided to dig a little deeper. I recorded the following traceroute to riots game servers for 10 minutes, i am seeing high ping spikes due to packetloss. The culprit seems to be this router: riotgames.equinix-am3.nl-ix.net

Anyone know about a good VPN service to get around this problematic router?
