I can't click "Lock in team pass" on the page after buying the pass and choosing my team. Tried on two different browsers but the button isn't working for me.
Sorry everyone, we're aware of this issue - working on a fix now! I'll update here when we have it working and you'll be able to select your team and get missions.
Luckily games don't start until tomorrow (part of the reason we're going live a day early) - so you won't miss out on any of the experience. Apologies for the inconvenience!

Team select should be functioning now - still fixing a few small errors but functionality restored.
for some reason i cant see my missions on client or lolesports.com at all
Hey friend - what pass / team did you get in which region? Did you buy it right when it went live (11 AM PT today)?
Can you help me out with this, /u/RiotKatana? I bought the team pass from the client but it's not showing anything to confirm my team pass when I click on Rewards in my browser.

I bought the 2019 Summer LCS Team Pass. I think I bought it at around 2pm EST, so pretty close to 11am PT. My rewards page is looking like this

First off, nice games watched total! Secondly - did you get a prompt to select a team? For folks who bought right at launch we're currently looking into fixing some issues that we've since solved but still persist for early adopters. We're super close and will have this for you before games start tomorrow!

I submitted a ticket a few hours and the support specialist suggested I try to open the site in incognito mode. It didn't work with Firefox but it did with Chrome. I saw the missions pop up in my client and now I can see them on both browsers too.
