Clash: Is one substitute allowed for Clash still?

I can't seem to find anything about substitute players on the Clash FAQ here: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000951548#CreatingYourTeam

Does anyone know if they still allow 1-substitute per day?

You don't need substitutes any more. When your whole team locks in you are ready to play. Both days are separate

Sorry to latch onto this reply but what if we need to replace someone between games on the same day? Can we kick and add someone else?
