I seriously do not see how this is even a remotely useful passive. I know that it's probably post mitigation stuff, but even then it doesn't seem all that useful. Is there something I'm too silver to understand about this passive or is it just an objectively bad passive?
Unrelated but this passive was called "Rock Solid Abs" right up until it went to be PBE lol.
