Just a thought because we always give shade to riot for buffing champs on patches (or recent patches) before releasing a skin for that champ. It could just be dumb luck but I like to think skin releases are premeditated.

Also, Pulsefire Ez's Q had shorter range for a considerable time, soooo...
That wasn't actually what it was. The player who showed their evidence did the experiment incorrectly. Rank 1 Ezreal Q had more range than the other ranks (IDK why, it just happened). Their Pulsefire vs. regular Ezreals were different levels.
