The default keybind for the Cosmetics window is the K button. That particular UI window is one of the ones most in need of a visual update. The pet slots are the two large slots on the left.

I checked prior to responding to your forum thread yesterday, and your account definitely does have the Juvenile Skullen pet available. Could you please take a screenshot, upload it to Imgur, and post a link to that here if you’re being told otherwise in-game?
