The team is currently in the process of running a new round of queries as a follow-up to the last wave of bans. This will catch new offenders and issue more severe second strikes to people who received smaller bans last time and immediately resumed this behavior (the most egregious offenders from the last round should still be banned unless they made new accounts - which many probably did).
