Any functional difference between the platforms? Can you launch the game without the client for either? Whichever has less DRM getting in the way is generally preferred.
Do they cross-play multiplayer with eachother?
Decisions decisions! FYI that MCC is currently on sale on Steam! But on Microsoft Store, you could opt to get MCC via Xbox Game Pass for PC (which is a great deal).
