It's literally a minute. Pretty sure you can survive.
That said, quitting isn't something to be rewarded so expect the quit bans to increase eventually.

I get that, and I agree we shouldn't leave, but I had no idea there was a grenade launcher only gamemode. I wouldn't be in action sack if I had known that. I'm not about to stay in a match if I am not having a good time, as I am playing solely to have a good time.
Okay but you leaving also impacts those 7 other people's good time.
Not everyone likes everything all the time. Part of playing online games is a give and a take. If everyone quits what they don't like, there wouldn't be a single full game at all times.
It's 12-15 minutes. You can help it go faster by just completing it.
Any idea why the V key doesn't activate voice chat for me? I don't get the talking indicator nor can anyone hear me.
Is your mic properly set as your voice output device or whatever?
That's the only thing I can think of, really. Something in your settings/device settings isn't playing nice.
