I’m seeing a lot of people get the spray popping up in their game, but I still don’t have it yet. I’m wondering if they’re rolling it out in waves or if I should open a support ticket.

The grant is underway and being done in waves. The spray should be delivered to all players who fished during the Triggerfish Fortnite Fishing Frenzy within 24-48 hours.
