I was getting ready to play with the squad and as i turned on fortnite on my xbox i got asked if i already had an epic account. I thought it was a bug so i just tried to login again but out of nowhere i got an error saying that there wasn’t any epic account with that mail and it made me create a new account (i’m 100% it’s the right email).

I tried to ask my friends if they could find me in their friend list but nothing.

I wrote to assistance with the new account and they asked me for a ton of info which i tried to provide but some of the infos i didn’t had them.

Every time i provided new info they said that there isn’t a match in their system (as my account disappeared idk if my data is still there tho).

Now, they said that they can’t do anything and now i lost years of progress and many euros. Do i really have to swallow this hard pill and pay again for the battle pass on this new account i made?
