Lost emotes and skins.

I just lost my emotes and skins and was granted 8.6k vbucks (had 130 beforehand) from them without making a request or asking to refund them at all, it happened JUST after I bought score card today and it (plus about 8k vbucks worth of stuff I've bought) got removed from my inventory. Keep in mind I did not buy the glider beforehand.

I also had the skin "Dream" and its counter part's pickaxe, which both got removed, seen by the gif here:

I did not request any refunds. It happened as the glider that was given to people that didn't witness the event but got in the game screen came up, please help!

Hi,

More info coming soon, but TL;DR - we were running a process to grant the Event Glider (Arcana) to players who were in the Event Playlist and ran into some errors that caused the issues reported in the thread. We're working to roll this back and proceed along the path again with the glider grant. We'll get you more details on this as we work through correcting it!

Update: We've rolled back the incorrect grants and item removals. We'll be following up with the broader Arcana Glider grant in the next few days.
