Aloha. This was an unintended consequence of fixing drag and drop being non-responsive. It should be purely visual, but the buttons should respond to their correct inputs for the build/combat state you are in despite the visuals being slow to update.

We can try to see if we can reproduce this internally. In the meantime can you get a video of swapping between build/combat where you try to switch weapons for me to look at?
What I think is that the quick bar is different than the custom boxes that you can move around.
They're definitely different. The quickbar functions as a single unit of many slots and all the floating slots are little tiny individual quickbars.
