[Xbox] Not able to buy v bucks?

I keep buying the 9.99 worth of v bucks but it won’t let me purchase it? Nothing happens after It brings me to the store and I hit purchase, no error message or anything. I am not being charged and also am not gaining any v bucks. Anyone have a fix?
