Am I the only one here having Party Chat problems on Xbox One?

I've literally done everything to try to fix it.

Start a Party turn Voice Chat off leave the Party then turn Voice Chat back on nothing.

I've completely restarted my Xbox One and nothing.

I've watched a few YouTube videos trying what they did and nothing.

Trying to play Squad Fills is just a struggle not being able to talk.
