Fortnite: Battle Royale Dev Tracker

(2020) I often get this weird twitching bug where looking around by just a small amount will cause the screen to twitch and become unresponsive at times. It usually lasts 5-10 seconds at a time and then goes back to normal and happens sometimes for no reason. I cant be the only one who gets this.

Questions for players that have this issue:

What sensitivity settings?
what modifiers are for build/edit modes
Does it happens in all modes or just build? etc. more noticeable with build and a high sens modifier?
Device type
