Have you tried everything on here? I know there were a lot of suggestions. If you can get to a point of submitting a bug report, you can paste your Account ID here and we can take a look at your logs to see what is happening. If you haven't played this season yet, it is likely trying to pull you into the interactive experience.

If you can't get to a place where you can submit a bug report, please let me know. If you're on PC you can pull your game logs yourself and send them to me too.
