We definitely got our eyes on the repeatable quest issue and are working towards a fix. You can keep up with the trello card for it here.

Looks like we are tracking towards 20.10 for a fix on it.

As for the supercharger issue, I just reported that to the devs and will hopefully have an update on it soon.

Soooooo now that this issue is fixed, what will you guys do about everyone missing out on the weekly supercharger and other rewards?

If you failed to receive a quest then you'll receive the quest reward (as if you had completed the quest) at the launch of update 20.10.
