I logged into my bethesda account, when i enter in "Linked accounts" i see there is the steam icon that i cannot click (no name specified, only the logo). I don't remember that i linked steam and bethesda on any accounts. I don't have a second account bethesda or steam either. What should i do?
Edit: I solved the problem entering in creation club via Skyrim SE, it works with Fallout 4 as well.
I see OP has their problem resolved but I wanted to come in here and reinstate it for others as well. If your account already has a Steam Icon then your Bethesda.net account is linked to a steam account. You can see the account name in the Creation Club to see what is linked. If the wrong account is linked you'll have to contact our Support team to unlink it. If your account is correctly linked then you are good to go and do not need to do anything further!
Wait, so you can't claim it if your account was already linked? Looks like I won't be getting my copy then.
If your account is already linked you do not need to unlink and relink it. You are all set!
I keep getting "Account linking failed, please try again or contact Customer Support" every time, after successfully logging into steam and steamguard.
