For the past 2 days my hydration meter stopped increasing when I drink water. Now I'm dehydrated, at 50% AP, take continuos damage, and can't even fast travel until I get the meter up.

I've tried server hopping, swapping characters, restarting computer, and validating files. I've tried drinking purified water, boiled water, dirty water, and nuka cola. It increases correctly in my pipboy menu, but when I exit the pipboy it goes back to zero.

Any idea of how to get rid of this gamebreaking bug?

EDIT: Drinking straight from a water source is working fine, it seems to be only drinking items used through the pipboy that's not working.
