Today I logged in an my characters were gone, atoms to. It was like I was a new player who had just downloaded the game.

I just finished typing up a ticket and sent it but would like to know if anyone else has experienced this and been able to fix it themselves....

As a 30 year old man I'm not afraid to admit I'm actually a tad sad, I had two characters with the main being level 369 and a mule at 94, with loads of legendaries and about 4 sets of armor all good stuff as I never collected, I just use what I get and trade when I want to change build or upgrade a weapon.

As I said the atoms were also reset, everything I'd once purchased in the atom shop wasn't there either. I've relogged, deleted the cache etc, even made a new character to see if things reset... If anyone has any ideas or can even share there experience that will be greatly appreciated.

Edit: I forgot to add there is no error message or anything like that when I load up the game, just the usual news screen then the main menu. Also I haven't exploited or duped etc, etc before people ask.
