Bethesda/FO76 Login Problems?

I am getting the "Login not Authorized" error when launching Fallout 76, I was playing all day before maintenance so I imagine it's been broken?

I'm using a Steam-linked account and I can't even logon to Bethesda.net to submit a support ticket as it says "Login Failed" on the help.bethesda.net website whenever I press "Submit ticket" and login.

Others have this problem? Can anyone help me? I wanted to grind acid today :(
