Not getting 1st benifits

so ive got fallout first as you can see here https://imgur.com/RlI9swY but for some reason im just unable to use my scrapbox right now, the game is telling me i need, well fallout 1st. this has only become an issue today. anyone else have it?

That's strange. If you purchased Fallout 1st on Steam and are playing on Steam (not Beth net), then it should work.
