Multiple posts here about it since patch 11. Not one response or acknowledgement on it. But it’s seriously a problem. I would feel so much better if I’d get a “looking into it” or something. Anything other than silence.
Yep, you and others are right. Limb damage is appearing on items too often compared to other effects on multi-star weapons. We are currently working to include a fix for this in Patch 12 to get more variety back into your legendaries.
Also, others have mentioned this in the thread, but the items you buy from the Purveyor are not currently affected by this. Hope that helps!
