11:00 UTC Downtime started as normal.
11:09 Tranquily Startup Failed.
11:28 Second Failed Startup.
11:31 Third Startup Successful and accepting player connections.
Startup issue looks to be resolved. TQ is open for players. Thanks for your patience.
