We are experiencing some issues with our mail services. Players attempting to create accounts or requiring a verification email in order to log in, change passwords etc. won’t be able to perform those actions until the matter is resolved. We’re working on it now.

Not knowing how the email system works, I would assume it possibly could have had an effect on those type of emails as well.
