It's about the problem when the Device ID code does not come in the launcher, and all other letters from us come without problems:

At first try reinstalling the launcher. Then you need to set full rights for the current user (folder properties, "Security" tab) for the game folder and for the launcher folder. Also temporarily turn off all antivirus and security programs, such as Windows Defender or whitelist launcher and game folder in exceptions list(s).
If this doesn't help, try creating a new user in your OS and installing the launcher there.

Not to overload you or anything, but I’ve had this issue for about a week. The original ticket I sent in told me to change my my email, which is impossible because it’s disabled on the website.

Hello. At first try reinstalling the launcher. Then you need to set full rights for the current user (folder properties, "Security" tab) for the game folder and for the launcher folder. Also temporarily turn off all antivirus and security programs, such as Windows Defender or whitelist launcher and game folder in exceptions list(s).

If this doesn't help, try creating a new user in your OS and installing the launcher there.

Can confirm this finally worked - last straw after trying combinations of most things in that reply was just granting all users of any type full acess to the game and launcher folder.

Although spoke too soon cos I've now spent 3+ hours trying to play today and every game I join takes 10+ minutes then instantly kicks me on loading in, so guess I'm going to do a full reinstall.

I think this is a different problem. Here you should create a support ticket for this issue.
